Hi Everyone. I am Lisa, I have got an incredible journey to share with you – one that's completely changed my life for the better.

Life in My 20s and 30s

Back in my 20s and 30s it was so easy.

I used to...

✔️ Have energy that lasted all day

✔️ Easily get away with the eating fries, burgers, pasta and ice cream

✔️ Never gain an ounce no matter what I ate

✔️ Maintain a trim figure without going to the gym at all

✔️ Feel confident in my clothes, and my swimsuit!

But that changed... Somewhere in my early 40s.

After 40 EVERYTHING Went Downhill. Fast.

Seemingly overnight, my once slim and petite figure started ballooning.

I could not get away with eating whatever I wanted, unless I wanted to carry that around on my body forever!

I used to burn everything off without a second thought, but now it seemed my body would just not keep up.

My metabolism was not firing on all cylinders any longer.

I could feel that my health was deteriorating. I had such low energy during the day. And was falling asleep in front of the TV in the early evening.

That's not who I am!

So, I would go to bed earlier at night, in the hope that it would give me better energy the next day.

But it didn't work. Some nights I’d even sleep 10 HOURS, and still be dragging my butt the next day!

I knew it was bad. But even then, I did not realize just how BAD it really had gotten.

One day, I ran into an old friend of my daughter's from high school. At first, she didn't recognize me and I had to remind her who I was. Once she remembered me, she said something that really stung.

She said: "Wow, Mrs. Lisa, I didn't recognize you. You were so much smaller before."


This comment was a wake-up call for me.

I had never owned a scale because I always maintained my shape. But I realized that it was time to find out where I was at. So, I went out and bought a digital scale for the first time. When I got it home, I put the battery in and stepped on it.

Wow, that moment hit me like a sledgehammer. I went over to the bathroom mirror, and forced myself to take a good long look. And I mean REALLY look.


That moment was a turning point for me. I knew then that something had to change. I was tired, puffy, and bulging out all over the place. I was a mess.


I thought about that experience the rest of the day. I realized that my poor health was not just affecting me but also my daughters. You see, for a long time I had been selfishly only thinking of ME. But what about my children? Was I even going to be there for them in the future?

As I was going to bed that evening, I made a decision.

The Time Had Come to Get The "Real Me"Back!

I tried everything.

I started walking in the evenings but that didn't work. It was so time consuming without any real reward. Then, I tried to change my eating habits, many times. I tried detoxes, juice fasts and elimination plans. I even tried going vegan for a while which helped me a little but not to my expectations. When that didn't work, I switched over to a high protein meat-only plan. Of course, I also tried Paleo, Keto and many other fads.


NOTHING WORKED!


I went on the internet and looked into home remedies. I'd make weird concoctions in the kitchen.

Apple cider vinegar, pickle juice, lemon and limes. I even tried one with SODA! Heard about sleeping with red onion next to your bed to increase your energy levels? Yes - I tried that one!


I finally decided to see my doctor, to see what she had to say. Maybe there was something actually wrong with me.

My Visit To The Doctor's Didn't Go As Expected...

I was expecting my Doctor to put the blame on me. To tell me I just needed to eat better and exercise more. That's what all doctors say, right?

But, was I wrong. She explained how she now has a completely different theory of WHY women like me struggle to keep the extra pounds off.

She said: "You need to start by targeting the root cause."

"It's unheard of" she said. "But there is great science backing it up, and the women I've informed are seeing great results."

I was not ready for what happened next...


She told me about this unusual rice method that liquifies fat cells as you sleep that was re-discovered recently. And that the three amazing things about it were:

I Am GRATEFUL My Doctor Showed Me This

I've been using this Rice Hack for some time now, and I am beyond thrilled. I find myself fitting into outfits I haven't worn for many years. And, I get to go shopping for a new wardrobe. It's so much FUN!

However, wearing new outfits and looking great is not the best part.


The most important thing for me is that I've got my energy back. I sleep great, and wake up refreshed. I have so much energy to get through my day.

I'm now enjoying exercising now that I have so much energy to burn. I just had to do something with it!

❤️ My blood sugar levels are now steady, and I my energy levels are sustainable throughout the day. No more peaks and troughs.

❤️ My daughter is overjoyed to see her mom feeling happier and healthier than ever before.

Just Imagine If I'd Been Skeptical To Try This!

I could have easily been skeptical when I first learned about this rice hack. But am I glad that I wasn't. I'm absolutely in love who I have become. I feel like I've got the "REAL ME" back. She was gone for such a long time. I have confidence that my health is moving in the right direction, and that I will be around for my beautiful daughters. And someday when the time comes...be able to run around after my grandchildren!
